Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This page describes how SVIR.SE uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage), and how you control them. The policy covers svir.se including the customer portal on the same domain.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to make the site work, to remember your choices and — with your consent — to understand how the site is used.

How we use cookies

Necessary

Required for the site to work and cannot be opted out of. This includes storing your own cookie choice (saved locally in your browser as svir-cookie-consent) and, in the customer portal, login session and security cookies (such as session and CSRF cookies on the svir.se domain). Customer portal accounts are created by SVIR for our customers — self-registration is not available.

Analytics

Loaded only if you consent to analytics in the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used; Google then sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (stored for up to 2 years). IP addresses are anonymized. Without your consent, Google Analytics is never loaded.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for anonymous visitor and performance statistics. These are cookieless — they set no cookies and do not track individual visitors — and therefore count as technical operation.

Marketing

Used only if you consent to marketing in the cookie banner. No marketing cookies are active today; when introduced (for example for advertising via Google, Meta or LinkedIn) they will only run with your consent and will be listed here with names and storage periods.

Change your choice
